Recently, the Firm assisted leading market operators in the conclusion of agreements on innovative services relating to digitalisation, informatics services and transports; it participated in extraordinary transactions; it consulted contracting authorities in setting the boundaries of national and European law on public procurements and concessions. The Firm has also provided judicial assistance in criminal proceedings.
The lawyers of the Firm assist and provide legal advice to private operators and public entities in public evidence procedures and, more broadly, to selective procedures or beauty contest: public works, strategic infrastructures, architecture and engineering services, supply and service contracts. Usual fields of activity are service and supply contracts in IT, energy (gas and thermal energy, traditional and renewable electricity producers), water, transport, airports and postal services sectors, gambling and betting.
The Firm assists its clients in each step of the tender procedure: from preliminary and preparatory agreements (pooling, RTI, cooperatives), to the preparation of the necessary administrative documents, to the presentation of the offer, until the signing and the performance of the contract. Recently, we assisted foreign operators, also outside the European Union, in the participation in tender bits organised by national entities.
Satta Romano & Associati Studio Legale gives also legal advice o private economic operators in the formation of network contracts, providing assistance in each phase of the proceedings, from the conclusion of the contract to the undertakings and obligations of the companies’ in the bid procedures.
As regards to the contracting authorities, the Firm assists them in the programming phase, in arranging tender documents and in the managing of the adjudication proceeding. The Firm dedicates a special attention to issues related to revenue liability.
