Satta Romano & Associati Studio Legale has a vast experience in antitrust law, since it has participated with various leading market operators before the Italian Competition Authority in cases related to restricting agreements, abuse of dominant positions and unfair commercial practices. Recently, in addition to these experiences, the Firm dealt with state aids.
The Firm supports companies and commercial operators in reporting anti-competitive practices to European Authorities or to AGCM or in exercising their enforcement powers provided by the Authority under art. 21 bis of Law No. 287/1990.
It assists its clients before the administrative court against the measures adopted by the AGCM.
