Right to documentary access, transparency and prevention of corruption

Satta Romano & Associati Studio Legale has an outstanding experience in dealing with transparency issues and offers both judicial and out-of-court assistance to clients  with regards to the protection of the right to documentary access, simple and generalized civic access (so-called “F.O.I.A.”).

Moreover, the Firm assists entities subject to the Law No. 190/2012 in the arrangement of the three-year plan for preventing corruption and transparency (so-called. “PTPCT”) and in the implementation of the additional and needed measures.
